- Criminal history and rap sheets: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
- Court case files: use Florida criminal court case routes or the clerk that heard the case
- State custody or supervision: use the Florida Department of Corrections Offender Search
- Incident and police reports: ask the law-enforcement agency that created the report
- Sealing and expunction: file through the Florida court that handled the case after completing any required FDLE eligibility step
- Local bookings and filings: find the correct sheriff, jail, or clerk through the Florida county directory
